Terms and Conditions

Plan Coverage
- Valid for 3 years from the date of registration.
- Covers unlimited repair services, including technician visit, motor removal, repair, and reinstallation.
- Applicable for both new and old motors (submersible, openwell, or sump).

Registration Requirements
- Customer must submit motor photo, borewell GPS location, and complete registration form with name, phone, address, and Aadhaar proof.
- Motor must be registered within 30 days of purchase (for new motors).

Service Conditions
- Service is provided within 3–5 working days of claim.
- Motor must not be intentionally damaged or tampered with.
- Only repairs and services related to motor functioning are covered.

Exclusions
- Physical damage due to natural disasters (fire, flood, lightning).
- Damage caused by improper electricity supply or dry run.
- Any unauthorized repair done outside Boru Mithra network voids the plan.
- Pipe damage, cable damage, starter issues, and electrical panel are not covered.

Claim Process
- Claims must be raised via WhatsApp or agent with motor ID and customer details.
- Field technician will be assigned and service will be scheduled.
- Boru Mithra reserves the right to accept or reject any fraudulent claims.

Refund & Cancellation
- No refund after successful registration.
- Plan is non-transferable and valid only for the registered motor.

Jurisdiction
- All disputes shall be subject to Telangana jurisdiction.
